Fabrizio Castaneda
I am currently a Senior at UCLA progressing towards a degree in Computer Engineering, and I am working at the UCLA School of Law's IT Department to supplement my education in computer fundamentals.
All my life, I have been fascinated by technology. As a toddler, examining how a CD player worked by jamming multiple CDs into it; in middle school, opening up my Playstation 3 (voiding the warranty) to see how it worked; and in high school, playing with Arduinos to make useless boxes and LED arrays.
It was not long before my curiosity brought me to the vast world of Computer Science. From AI to quantum computing, there's so much we can do with these tools to improve the lives of those we love and beyond. For me, my favorite niche is creating exciting front-end experiences that make people more productive and happier.
